How can we create a vision for the restaurant of the future for 2030?


OUR APPROACH
We worked with the McDonald’s Global Culture & Engagement team to develop a 12-week sprint to identify the biggest challenges and opportunity spaces, co-create with the future (Gen Alpha+), prioritisation workshops with the leadership team and a hero video exhibited at the Restaurant of the Future exhibition.

- 4 Global Innovation Platforms to guide the 2030 People strategy
- A 2-minute aspirational video designed for senior leadership & Board engagement
