We have seen a massive post-pandemic shift in consumer and industry trends towards holistic health. Danone wanted to understand the emerging narrative on health, future scenarios and the impact on the food category.
We designed a 6-week sprint focused on Gen–Z health & wellness trends, expert interviews, future scenario planning and “so what” implications for the category.
The work resulted in Danone’s 5-dimensions of wellness to inform their global category vision. Enabling the global company - and portfolio of brands - to explore a new £29.24 billion market
