During the pandemic unemployment among Black, Asian and ethnic minority people increased to double the rate for white people.
We worked closely with Pentland Brands’ diversity and inclusion team to launch the “Pentland Collective”. The programme was co-created with young people from primarily Black and underserved communities looking to break into the world of work. Our scope included project management, programme design and bespoke branding.
