THE CHALLENGE
Adidas digital strategy was to increase online sales to £4billion but doing so requires winning over creators that shape culture. Adidas needed to understand the mindset of “Creators” to help influencers “Amplifiers” that adopt the latest trends and buy regularly.
OUR APPROACH
Through creative assignments and snapchat generated insights we tested Adidas’ communications strategy with 12 tribes of Creators across 4 global cities around the world before campaign activation.
THE RESULT
Shifted Adidas’ communication strategy from performance sports to personal achievement at all levels of running.
