Over the last six months we have seen profound changes in attitude toward work and future employability prospects among our community of 150+ young creators. The job market is tough, but this isn’t another economic downturn. We are in the middle of a complete system reset in education, work and business.

 Today, 602,000 young people aged 16-24 are unemployed . But according to the Resolution Foundation, more than 1 million young people could be unemployed by 2021. This is why we have decided to commission one of the first ever pieces of primary research on the future of work from a human lens.
