The Great Reset is an observational analysis of the enduring impact being on lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic will have on consumer behaviour long after lockdown is over.

For this report we have consulted our community of 150+ young creators, interviewed renowned behavioural scientists and reviewed 5,000 years of history to offer a glimpse into how the pandemic could change consumers' attitudes, behaviours and spending habits. We summed up all of our insights to offer a practical post-pandemic action framework and consumer personas.
